ALYCE SARDIN

Alyce Sardin established Chocolate C’s BBQ Sauce, Inc. She is the owner and operator. Ms. Alyce Sardin is a native of Chicago south side. Alyce has an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts. and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Ms. Sardin has been cooking, creating and serving in hospitality for over 10 years.

As I watched how my grandmother cooked and how her food would bring people together (there was an expectation of her cooking) I never knew a seed was being planted in my soul. The seed flourished when she passed away.

Alyce Sardin is the creator of Chocolate C’s BBQ Sauce, Inc.  Chocolate C’s BBQ Sauce offers a blending of chocolate and no- preservatives no-fructose ketchup to enhance your meats, veggies and snacks. Not just any sauce, but tastefully created with chocolate. I am introducing customers to a chocolate bbq sauce experience to awaken their palate.

Alyce’s goals for Chocolate C’s BBQ Sauce, Inc. are to become a staple in homes, for her business to become sustainable and her company to help entrepreneurs in underserved communities. One of our future goals is to be on grocery and specialty stores shelves.
